Windstone Homeowner's Association - Sugar Grove, IL

Upon moving into your home residents receive a copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions  (CC&R) for the Windstone Community Association II, Inc. This document explains the rules and regulations of the association, procedure for making a modification to your home and other general guidelines.  Please familiarize yourself with the information contained in this document.

One of the association's many committees is the Modifications Committee.  This committee has "jurisdiction over modifications, additions or alterations made on or to existing units or structures containing units and the open space."  Please see page 21 of your CC&R's for more information about this committee. This committee is comprised of residents who volunteer their time.  As with any of the association's committees, volunteers are always welcome!

If you would like to make a modification to the exterior of your home you must follow a specific procedure PRIOR to starting the project. The necessary forms are available below.  Please contact the DMRC if you would like the necessary documents emailed. This web page will explain that procedure and provide the necessary forms to be completed and submitted to the committee.  If at any time you have a question about this procedure please contact the committee.
